Terrible start

The coop/run is massive for 3 girls. I beleive ita 14 ft by 10 and covered with their little coop inside. They have free roam in it. We had alot of issues last year with the old ones eggs. She quite often would have them on her butt if they had no shell or she would lay with an incomplete shell. I think it may be an age thing and I knew when I got her this would be her retirement home.
Nice run!
Might think about a bigger coop tho.

Really? They seem to really like it in that one so I never thought of it. It's about 4 ft by 3 ft. Plus 2 nesting cubicles. They all sleep on top of each other out of choice lol. How big should it be for 3 girls? 2 are medium/large and 1 is quite small

The usual guidelines for every adult hen are:

4 square feet in the coop,
10 square feet in the run,
1 linear foot of roost,
1 square foot of permanent, 24/7/365 ventilation (the pop door that's closed at night and any windows that are closed in the winter don't count).

The nests need to be far enough above the floor to allow a good depth of bedding, the roost needs to be above the nests, and the ventilation should be above the birds' heads when they're sitting on their roost.

My *personal opinion* is that any coop intended for permanent habitation by standard-sized hens (as opposed to a brooder, broody hut, integration facility, or hospital coop), should be no smaller than a 4'x4'x4' cube -- because when any dimension gets smaller than that you will have to compromise on at least one of those guidelines. :)
