Exciting!!! I think the mystery eggs are really the most fun.
5 baby brahmas out now and at least four pipped. Looks like I am doing better than I thought,lol.

Well it's day 21 for me but I got a broody I have two mystery chicks and the other will be pekin cross my broody is a pekin cross silkie but my roosters are a frizzle and a wine dot saw I'm not to sure what her eggs are going to turn out like I'm hoping pekin cross silkie cross frizzle cause they would be gorgeous

That really sounds like it could be an interesting combination!
Well, not opening up the incubator just yet, want to make sure nothing else hatches, but as of right now 10 chicks hatched. I am definitely NOT unhappy,lol.

Thank you, I am over the moon for these little chicks!
Last count, 11 babies, 7 unhatched eggs. Going to put them into the brooder in the morning to give the seven every chance and probably won't discard eggs for a couple of days or so yet.
Pics, I will see what I can get when I put them into the brooder tomorrow.

well finally I have got a chick hatching oh yea I am over the moon as well

Yay!!! For your little chick!!!
I am glad I didn't move them out of the incubator last night because one more hatched. An even dozen, I can live with that,lol.

I had to help my chick cause it dried out under its mother and got stuck when I got it out it had absorbed the yolk and now it's fluffy

I found this little box in my community burn pile, and turned it into a hatcher. yeah me
