"Alrighty then. The decision is made. We will let her join our group." Max said. She flew back down to Wintent. "Everyone has decided to give you a chance. But be warned, we will be keeping a close eye on you for a while." Max said, then turned back to the others. "Who's ready to return to our actual home, not travel for a bit?" She asked, a rare smile on her lips. Their home was really high up in the cliffs, unable to reach by foot, and away from any civilization. It was a very big home, with tons of space in each room so they could open their wings. There were 17 bedrooms and as many bathrooms, with a huge kitchen, storage room, living room, and rec room. The kitchen had 4 refrigerators and 2 freezers. This house was built specially for them by a man who died many years ago from old age, a man who was like a father to all of them. After his death, the Flock had wanted to travel a bit, try to air out their heads. It had been two years since they were last at their house, but before they had left, all the food had been eaten, so they hadn't needed to worry about any food rotting.
Angel's face out up with a bright smile when she heard Max's suggestion. "Ya, I'm ready to return there." She said. She had missed that big house, huge with so many memories. She had escaped the school at 3 years old and after their 'father' had died, when she was 4 years old, they'd left. Now she was six, and she was having a hard time remembering what the house looked like.
James grinned happily. He really liked that house, he knew every inch of it and could move around much easier there. "Yeah"
Jean nodded "yes, it'll be nice to be home.'
Keiara nodded. "Home," she said. "Sounds nice."
"Alright, let's go home." She said, taking the lead. She'd memorized the location very well and knew how to get their quickly and efficiently.
Angel followed Max, exited to be returning home after two years away.
Wintent smiled softly. "I understand, " she said smiling. She was happy to be part of the flock it would be much safer and a lot less lonely.
Sam smiled. "Home sounds good right now. But, we have to go grocery shopping first." She hated any kind of shopping, even grocery shopping. On the other hand, she did love food and her love of food outweighed the shopping hatred.
"Oh yeah! Home sweet home, here we come!" Wes shouted. He loved the house, it was awesome. Big rooms, big kitchen, big everything! I can't wait 'til we get home. He thought.
Kaleb smirked; he loved having to make complicated twists and turns they had to make to get to the house.
