I have the issue. I don't use BB code. It happens when I try to upload different smileys. @ColtHandorf @human1 @Misfits Farm 92 and @JadeFarms have all had this issue too.

Try it again with a file that has failed. After you load it, wait 30 seconds before clicking reply.

One needs to upgrade to a pfm (premium feather member) account to embed links.

It seems that everyone with slower internet is having issues.
You might have to do things differently from now on.

Now that would be a certain way to shrink the size of the community!
My Internet provider offers only 1 Mbit upstream and there is no alternative available here - apart from running to the top of the mountain and use the mobile data connection.
A web-site should not limit its users because of their lower bandwidth.
Apart from that i don't have any issues with images since the new version went life.
