It's a tricky balance between moving forward to support new tech and trying to still support old tech. The two are often mutually exclusive.
I remember this article as a great example:
"To save more than $100,000, 4ormat decided to skip Internet Explorer, opting to only allow users to access its service through Mozilla’s Firefox and Google Chrome browsers"
http://www.internetnews.com/blog/skerner/skip-internet-explorer-for-web-dev.-save-100000.html
We'd LOVE to have a perfect site for every browser, version, device, etc. etc. etc. combination, while maximizing that perfect experience for each unique combination... but it's unfortunately impossible... at least until Elon Musk wants to partner with BYC
All that said, we'll keep trying our best to fix bugs and support as many peeps as possible!
To that end, please make sure there is a separate thread that is kept active with examples, details about browser, etc., and preproduction steps. That will help us identify the commonalities between the users (if it's a browser, connection, etc. issue) and then hopefully find a fix.
