Harley your chicks are adorable!! You've got quite the venture going on! I usually run out of steam around 9-10. I can sit and watch a tv show, but don't ask me to grade papers cause I can't think.

Well I did not get my pen done today I just ran out of gas. Maybe tomorrow if it does not rain. Heading to bed take care all.

HARLEY!!! I need the rain. The ground already has huge cracks in it. The grass is dying and I have big branches with leaves cracking off the trees. I think if we go through another dry year like last year we will lose a lot of our trees.

I've no clue! Never use it (I don't really cook much) it was not but a couple hundred extra and when I was already spending close to 2000$ I figured it would look good if I ever had to resell. Lol

They do look good, don't they??? O if I could get the kitchen I want.....sigh.....Reality sets in and I think, 'there are only two of you'!!!

I was soo fortunate when I had to move 2 1/2 years ago and I found a house that was nicely updated. Open kitchen, granite, tile and hardwoods. I'm not a fan of the granite, but most of the houses I'm around have the laminate that the builder put in.
The house I sold had been my home for 13 years and when I divorced, I got lots of updates and made the house my own. I miss it, but when I moved to this current house the range and dishwasher were on its last leg. I got a credit card at Sears, bought the dishwasher and range I wanted-interest free. I paid it off last oct. Now I'm working on the backyard. I'll get a concrete slab poured( not cheap!) and get my hot tub moved onto the slab and get it hooked up and running. It's just been sitting on grass cause I couldn't afford the slab. This summer I'm tutoring between 8-16 hrs a week at 50$ an hr. So lots of things I wanted to get done, I'll be able to do finally. Need new carpet-it's gross.

Well Harley if that map holds true, both of us will get wet. I saw a similar map last night. Nothing happened. I keep going outside to make sure I don't have an umbrella over my house!

Guys!!! The map shows it is going thru Rosenberg and I am not getting one drop. Harley you are 4 hours north of me and your area is in the red. Ya'll please be careful!!

I know what you mean. I was not on here last Saturday for 10 hours when I got back there was over 120 post. I thought I talked a lot on here but there is one person who has over 1,100 post and only been on site for about 5 weeks! I see people who has been on here for years not have that many. Just saying!!!
