Texas Free Rehomings

We are in the Austin, TX area and mistakenly acquired what seems to be an Americana / Ameraucana rooster. Very nice bird, but we aren’t allowed to have them in our neighborhood. Pls let me know if you would like him.

Hello!
My boyfriend's family is moving into a rental home which unfortunately does not allow cats. My boyfriend is desperately looking for someone willing to temporarily hold his cat for him while he looks for a place of his own or until we can find a way to get the cat over to me (I'm located in CA while he lives in TX).

The cat's name is Bear and he is an absolute sweetheart! He's fixed and partially blind but otherwise healthy and does well around chickens, dogs and cats. Due to the fact he's blind, it would be preferred if he could be kept inside as he might wander. He's located near New Braunfels TX, but they would be willing to drive him anywhere in the San Antonio area. Again, the goal is to have him placed temporarily as the cat means a lot to us both... if you can help or know someone who can, please do PM me and let us know! :)
Contact a few rescues and Bear's vet. Either could have contacts willing to help transport him to you and the shelters may be able to temporarily house him for a small donation.
Good Luck to both of you ... and Bear, of course!

I thought it would be handy to have a place to post any ads for rehoming situations, so you can see everything available in one place. If you know of anyone who is rehoming feel free to tag them here! Please try to not clutter it up with unnecessary things! Please PM if interested in something. If you need some advice on rehoming, I have some tips here. I hope this will help animals in need of new homes find them! If this is not your state, look for it here!

Please read the rules for this forum here before posting!

There's a forum devoted to free rehoming, too. Be sure to cross-post there!

I am looking to re-home this handsome guy. He was a rescue when he was a chick, a friend found him in an alley with no signs of any chickens near by. He has a good temperament, fairly shy actually.
