Having an Embden goose that is bonded with a duck I am curious if I introduce another goose (with the hopes they breed) will it be excepted? And living in west Texas its really hot on this big bird, any tips on how to keep cool

I had a Muscovy duck hatch out and Embden goose[gander] and they were inseparable for 0ver 5yrs then I brought in a goose and it took from Aug till Jan for the bonding to actually happen[breeding season clinched it] I kept them together right off but I had to put plastic poultry fencing between them because he didn't want to be with the goose and would scare her so bad she'd jump out of the stall. The fencing stayed for a couple months then he accepted her. but mating was when they actually bonded. and as far as the heat, just make sure they have plenty of water for swimming and drinking. and add some electrolytes in the drinking water it helps during times of heat and stress.
