I don't see why that would be a problem.

Alright y'all, got a question. My dog was just sprayed tonight by a skunk. Second time this summer.

It would appear a family of skunks have moved into the area and enjoy rooting around my security light. I've seen bob cats, skunks (there was a full grown one and a baby one tonight), foxes, coyotes, mountain lions, and raccoons under that pole. Skunks aren't a problem except for when they spray my stupid dog. But now, I want them gone. I scared them off tonight by shouting that I'd shoot them, but I don't think shooting them is a good idea. Wouldn't that leave a nasty mess? I'm thinking about the skunks on the side of the road that have been hit by a car in my front yard... Not good...

Anyone have some experience with this?
Thanks!

The dog next door just killed a skunk last night too...
I've always heard that you can trap them in a short catch/release cage and as long as they can't raise their tails, that they can't spray...

Thanks again PunkinPeep! I cannont believe my luck that only one of the seven is a roo, I know I am not going to be so lucky with the ones from the hatchery, I can already tell a lot are roos. Oh well they sure are neat to watch anyway.
