That is what I'm afraid of. Not being able to unscrew it when I need to change the water. I have Rheumatoid Disease, and sometimes my hands just refuse to do what I want/need them to. I'm on the look out for something simple and easy. Thinking about the nipples or cup waterers.

Now that I look at the pic, I can see it's a dump wheelbarrow! Is it a single or double wheel variety? I've looked online at the doubles at Lowe's, and seriously thinking about getting one. We just got a wheelbarrow few weeks ago, and got the mid size. It takes all I've got to dump the thing when it's only half full of dirt!
This waterer is probably not going to be a good purchase for you, It can get super tight more so than one of those dingy jars that wont open.

I love the dump bucket it is double wheel design and it has a pull to release on it that you could try at the store. It does get quite heavy but I cary big loads with it. I like that I can pull instead of push and some of the loads still take 2 hands and Leg power. Outside of my bagger for the grass this is my favorite tool.

Good luck with the waterer I hope you find something easier I will keep looking too. this one works for now but my youthful strength is not so youthful any more and I know I will need something simpler to use in about 5 years so I will look now and save some of the muscle for pulling more dirt to the run.

Lockdown has begun!!! Lock down on the mini Brinsea is today. Lockdown on the foamabator and octagon Brinsea in 2days. New babies are a great distraction. I have construction going on here for a few days. I used to run crews and I won't tolerate people standing around. If I'm paying you-be productive! Yep, this crew will not be working unsupervised and I don't care if they don't like me.
BTW I use sand. Its free for me and I love it. No problems in all these years.
