3-2-1 Dip

Ingredients:

3 blocks of cream cheese
2 (12 ounce) cans Rotel tomatoes & chilies
1 (16 ounce) package Jimmy Dean sausage (I prefer the hot and spicy)
1 (16 ounce) bag Frito Scoops

Directions:

1 Brown Sausauge and Drain.

2 While sausage is browing, cut Cream Cheese in to small chunks, and melt over low heat. Watch close to make sure it doesn't burn or stick.

3 Once cream cheese is melted, add Rotel tomatoes and drained sausage.

4 Cook over low heat until it thickens up.

5 Serve with Tostito's Scoops.

6 You can adjust heat factor by using hot sausage and/or Rotels.

This stuff is to die for and is a meal all in itself. Very fattening though :)

Good day folks
Welcome to all the new chicken lovers, I'm from northeast Montgomery county

The sun is out but it is so windy! It's howling out there!!
Think I saw one of my hens lay the same egg 3 times!!

Did not expect the rain we got last night. Not alot though. Don't know if I will ever get my garden in.

MsJellybean...I'd buy your treats for sure. Problem is...you'd have to ship to me...but I'd pay. We love treats around here.

All my little ones were lined up along the front of their little coop soaking up the sunlight this morning. Going to try and put them in their playpen for awhile today. They are so energetic, they need more room to run around. We so need to build their own run.

My son called Sunday...they will be here for a very short visit on the 25th. They live in Denton, but have a wedding in Houston so will stay here Friday night so they don't have hotel expense. Will only be for a few hours but we'll take that as we don't see them very often. Can't wait for our grand daughter to play with the chickens. She's gonna love it!! Her B-day falls on Easter this year so we'll have a late celebration for that too. She'll be 8yrs old.

Skimamatootsie...Glad the crisis is past and you have eggs!

Oh Yum! That sounds really good. We love spicy food. Not a big fan of fritoes but I bet it's good with Doritos too.

Have talked DH into making some homemade chili with our venison today. It's going to be pretty cold tonight, probably 40 at least, so good night for chili. Will likely have a fire tonight also. Too expensive to run my heaters and we have plenty of firewood, so will take advantage. I love having a fire but really hope this is the last one for the year.

How many beers did he have?
Hung, he was driving the milk truck. The milk was fermented!

I just may do this. I need to take a food handling class first though and I am not sure what else. I'll be reading up on the law later on tonight. I'd need to figure out pricing, but that should be easy to do by looking at what other people and bakeries charge.

I'm not sure how to ship a cake that is frosted and have it get there looking like it is supposed to. I see what happens to the ones in the grocery store! Everything else should be easy.

edit: I did a little bit of reading in this. Can't ship any of the products you make.
Start our slow Ms Jellybean! Talk to your friends and neighbors. Word of mouth advertising is the best! I am pulling for you to make this a winner!

What is this rain you guys keep talking about? We haven't received anything but a light mist this past week. Extremely windy today!

Lisa :)

I've only shipped cakeballs....
I was told they were not super pretty, but they tasted great!
That said...I also had this awful post office lady who asked if they were fragile. And when I said yes, looked me dead in the eye and flipped the box over...

I think they put a little beer in the milk. This is to help the infant sleeping well and help relaxing the mom and other family members needing night sleep. The other day I was chatting with my wife. She said Charlie still small and not drink enough milk causing extra milk in her breast. She has to squeeze the excess and use herself. I asked her if it tasted any sweet and she confirmed a little sweet. I wondered where the sugar comes from ???? as in "Sugar is sweet, and so are you(r) milk". Someday, the industry will be creative, there will be infant milk with added flavor like strawberry, mango etc. and for adult, we will add beer flavor. And we all live happily ever after. The End
