She did and I can't remember the name--- I ordered a feeder so I'll ask again. Out of the 60 or so chicks and ducks, they all made it alive.Oh, chicken math! Congrats on the babies!
So, to x2 KikisGirls' question: did the feed store tell you which hatchery they came from? Those cheeks are SO cute!
I'll let you know when I find out--- ordered something so I'll be back sometime this week.Oh, chicken math! Congrats on the babies!

Lucy looks like an Easter Egger. I have two like her. Is she laying yet?I can get you a T-shirt with that line on it at a local shop. LOL

Thanks for the offer, but I much rather watch the movie.
Good idea of how to get rid of the insect pests -- are they mostly on the ground? It seems this time of year is the time for the creepy crawlies to come out.Anyone else dealing with these darn walnut worms. My barnyard mix of laying hens we use for eggs are out with Lucky the Rooster. I hope they eat their weight in worms. Darn things are everywhere. Park under a tree, and they try and turn your truck into a cocoon. I keep my various breeds in different chicken houses. I can only let one free range at a time, or there will be one heck of a cock fight, as each pen as roosters to keep the eggs fertile and girls happy.
