Oh gosh no we would have needed 2 more meters(yards) of water for any to have made it into the house @RUNuts and 1 more to bother the chicken or our storage sheds. The dogs drug in an extreme amount of mud having fun well that was a different story.

But locals are saying this rain was worse than Hurricaine Dolly. Others are saying worst rains since Buella, but Buella(cat5) was a beast of a storm as she was a Harvey(cat4) event in either 67 or 69. Dropped 30+ inches of rain. Regardless we just experienced a piddly invest that dropped a years worth of rain.

Also I am so happy to hear you are keeping crazy lady happy! I upset mine telling @KikisGirls about swimming with dolphins as she is planning on touring this area soon. Obviously I need to put my swimming trunks on soon and go swim with those darn dolphins(haven't done that yet). I was accused of caring more about Kiki than crazy lady. Crazy Lady is going to get her dolphins! I\m pretty sure what I will be doing this weekend.

Normally I sit on my a## all week but this week I have 2 events planned by crazy lady. On Thursday we have a stop stealing kids rally and now on saturday we are going to see those friggin dolphins.

edit--and I am totally sure it is worth it @KikisGirls to see the dolphins. Better and more humane than Sea World San Antonio. I think we are going to take the expensive one from the links I sent. Not from hubris, just because it fits us better. Besides crazy vegan lady doesn't know if she wants to swim with them yet as it might be exploitive.

I am sure those things don't like brussel sprouts though! Chicken are stupid they would eat these things.

Sounds like a humble brag to me. I had to settle for Buc-ee's tacos. Their salsa verde is for color only. Now the shop on the corner will do you good. Maize tortillas, fresh meat of your choice, beans and a dallop of pico. LUNCH!
