If it's termites does this mean I have termites eating my damn house.
I'm going to die.

Termites are everywhere. As long as you don't see mud tunnels on the foundation, your house is safe. If worried, call the pest guy for an inspection. Be prepared for a hard sell.

I've walked the perimeter of the house and I don't see any tunnels or bugs or anything along the foundation.
