Not only did the Jeep dealer call he sent me a birthday card. That is just a cool and undeserved honor for me.

Ok so I was lazy and taco hunted over the phone. I got hung up on the first time as I do not speak espanol. The second time I used my official name "el gringo" and some barely passable spanglish but the kucina is closedSo I'm thinking tamales are the only option for something spicy man those require so much hot sauce.

Man, I could eat some tamales today. Got birds brining for supper though.

If your tamales aren't hot enough, the masa was made mild. I've had some that would curl your nose hair without salsa verde or otherwise. Pepper chunks in the masa big enough to pick them out, if you so desired. Wipe the grease off and go!

So the first of our food trucks passed by just now. I swear he wasn't hawking his agua d' limon but agua del banos. It was awful thinking of that what could that be chilled diabetic urine?

Ok so today is my birthday. I am like 51 or so but have heard from my Jeep dealer. Yes I want a Gladiator but my wife won't allow me to trade in the Wrangler. We probably couldnt give in the Renegade for free.

Not for tamales goofball, I barely have to drive a mile for those. Just a house smelling of roasting meat isn't something I know where I live. I will admit rolling the fresh masa in black pepper sounds genious next time I grab some I'm doing that. Tamales never get spiced enough.

Yes, the house smelled great. Baking bread tomorrow. Slathered in butter and honey drizzled over the top, hot from the oven.

Black pepper? I'd try red pepper flakes.

And pico de gallo with lots of jalapenos. Under the salsa verde.
