One of these days we are going to move to the middle of nowhere Texas! Soon as the reality market is in a better place. I'm good with something that's 15 to 30 minutes from a town.

I'll let you know when The-Middle-of-Nowhere TX goes up for sale. Maybe this summer when those 100 degree temperatures stick around forever! 🤣

Likewise! Why ruin a good thing by changing it to the thing you were trying to get away from?

Yeah I don't understand that either.

We've always had a convenience store gas station but now subdivisions are going in accross the hwy behind the Buc-ees.

Granted we are off a couple major hwys. High way 35 and High way 288. The town finally decided to grow and now I want the old council from when I was a kid back so we stop again. It looks like I might get that wish. Every one is up in arms about the growth again and they’ve voted in someone that wants to slow it down or stop it. But it's hard with being so close to the plants down here. Dow and Chevron-Philips.

Thanks! I'm hoping this evening will at least be not raining so I can finish breaking down pallets and get the roof of the run built. 🤞 Gotta have somewhere to put these 20 roosters until my buyer comes by to pick them up 😵 🐓

For the same reason San Franciscans ruined the foothills of the Sierras. They think "It's not that everything is a problem, it's that the these couple of things were a problem..." So they vote for the same stuff that ruined the first place and winder why it's not different.

I live in the middle of nowhere too, and I'm less than happy that the nearest town put in a stoplight at the edge of town.

My weekly trip to Amarillo is today, for the big stores with the variety of food. Lol.
