Sorry- where's the red edit button?
I think you have to have a Google account to be able to edit. I noticed that if I am not logged in to my account I can see the map, but can't see the red edit square.
You can get a Google account for free

Feather sexing only works if the line was bred for it. It is really not accurate for most breeds. I look at their leg thickness compared to the other chicks, males have thicker sturdier looking legs. But it is just a guess. Some colors can be sex-linked.

well i was told some would be sex-linked..... not sure if any of them rlly are.... lol one or two have spots on their heads... one is all white with black spots on its back.... it dosent rlly matter to me... i just wish i knew how many are keepers and how many we may end up selling or gifting away....

the lil buff lookin one we got from little wing! lt brahma cross! such a cute one!!! and the one under the light you can see the spot! it rlly has 3 in a row!

I've had feather sexing work on breeds that weren't bred for it .. some are just a little harder to tell. Granted it's VERY apparent in chicks that were bred for those traits.. but don't rule it out for all others. Just keep in mind that there may be a few errors in your sexing if there isn't a big difference in the wing feathers. (plus you really do need to sex them day 1... after that it can be a lot harder on some of the mixed breed chicks)
