That would be me

We had lots until strays took out all but three does. Now we are debating butchering the last three.. or finding a couple of new bucks to build back up our breeding stock

We just feed them plain ol rabbit pellets.. coastal hay for bedding (they will eat the hay too).. you can feed alfalfa hay.. but the coastal is cheaper
gestation is about 31 days (28 to 35 depending on the rabbit)
lots of first time moms will eat their kits.. so we always give them some salt pork a few days before they are due.
killing.. usually broom sticking (cervical dislocation) or shooting in the head
then skinning, gutting and cutting into quarters

they are prone to ear mites... some people recommend ivermectin at the base of the neck (cattle injectable dropped onto the skin) but that has proven to cause sterility in young bucks and does.
so olive oil or something similar is safer on the young ones.

check with your local TSC.. they might have some now that it's "chick days"..
otherwise online ordering from one of the big hatcheries is always an option depending on how many and which variety you are looking for.

I take it you don't have an incubator?

I used to think rats and mice were so cute, now I hate them they chewed and mangled two toes on one of my Cornish standers and few toenails and toe tips off some other chicks, gerr where are those rat traps at

i dont but i do have a few mutt hens that go broody.but i am looking for bolder pullets or grown chickens

You may want to place an ad in the "for sale / wanted" section of the forum..
Check Craigslist

otherwise check with your local feed stores.. you may be able to score some from a local breeder or they may be able to let you place an ad there
