Some pictures of the property before we get started. It's a disaster but has great potential!!! We are very excited and will sign the paperwork on Tuesday to finalize our work schedule.

congrats!! Looks like it has lots of potential. I'm interested in that red building behind the air stream. I also agree with Dood about the air stream. Those things can be worth money. I lived in one during college! Haha!

I remember waiting for the day when I got carded and could show I was 21. Then came the day when it flattered my to be carded (they're not sure if I'm 21 or not) Then It was like they were flattering again, knowing you are over 21 but ask anyway to make you feel good. Then they just quit asking. But you know you are getting old when they give you the senior citizen discount without asking how old you are.

My DH and I lived in one right after we got married. We spent 3 years in it along with a German Shepherd and two small dogs!!! Things did get a bit tight at times.

Crap! I looked and the list of those voting for it was a LOT longer than those voting against. Our state rep voted against it so at least he must have listened to some of us in our county. Sent another email to our state senator. Hopefully he will take it and go with it. Although I am a bit worried - he apparently is an MD and there are a lot of medical people out there that have some "interesting" views on disease etc. and would like to regulate us to death all in the name of infection control. (I don't sound like a cynical old nurse or anything do I
