Nope, Mine doesn't have an upload from device button. Only the add URL area...
I thought maybe it was because i had my phone set to desktop. When i switched it though, I couldn't even find a button to add pics...

In your reply box, there should be (on mobile version) three buttons. B, a link of chain, and a picture of a mountain. Tap the picture to bring up the upload option.

I think the things on the map might have been moved by accident. I accidently moved someone in Georgia so I put them back in almost the same place! It's so easy to accidently click on them and move them! My husband still needs to add us. I think I need to poke him with a cattle prod!
