Hey I get that. I don't think the government ever tells us the whole truth about anything! Including 9/11. I don't think we will ever know the truth about that or anything else that the government has done over the last 100 years. And most people walk through life with their head in the clouds, never questioning the lies they are told. I find it very sad. Whoever was responsible for 9/11, the truth remains that the people we are supposedly going to help hate Americans, hate Christians, hate everyone that is not like them. My idea for foreign policy, lets stop giving aid and help to countries who hate American and let them hate us for free.

I do not think it is about anyone hating any certain religious group or country. That part of it is the old divide and conquer trick that has been used forever and always works well, because people like to identify themselves with traditions and have a hard time seeing past emotional and mechanical responses. What it is really about is the independent nations that have their own resources that are independent of the worlds banking cartel and the United States Military Industrial Complex. It is about greed and control and it always has been. When the U.S. gives aid that is another nice word for bribe and blackmail. Sometimes it is just a P.R. stunt. The people themselves very rarely ever see a penny of that "Aid", while there childrens schools are being bombed by U.S. drones searching for that elusive terrorist that hides in secret caves.

While I am at it.......... I just want to say one thing about when people start talking about this once great nation and what it is founded on........... is that before or after the Indians were slaughtered and their land was taken? I think that is a concept that keeps people in line. Mmmmmm.......... makes me hungry for Thanksgiving turkey. All of history is interwoven with so many lies that it really is hard for people to get a real handle on the horror of it all. History is always written by the winners and they don't always play nice.

I would like to try to help everyone understand the situation here. I am a making a synopsis here and not going into great detail (for your sake), otherwise this would be a 200 page book.

The President of the United States is also the Commander and Chief of the Federal military forces. The President has the power to make war, their is no question about this. But the Constitution restricts the Presidents power to make war to defense of the nation. So if the US is attacked, the President can go to war WITHOUT congressional approval. But if the US has not been attacked, then the President has to get congressional approval to go to war. You must understand that any military action against another sovereign nation is considered an act of war by the Geneva Convention (even if it is a one time limited attack).

For those that have good memories, when Bush went to war with Afghanistan after 9-11, he got congressional approval to so, even though, technically, he did not need it. He also got congressional approval to go to war with Iraq and also UN approval and formed a joint UN task force to invade Iraq. In the case of Iraq, Bush could not have gone to war without congressional approval because there was no solid link between Afghanistan and Iraq. The "justification" that the Bush administration gave for going to war with Iraq was that they were using chemical weapons (Weapons of Mass Destruction) against their own people. Now after the invasion, there were no WMDs found in Iraq, and many have criticized the invasion as a result and rightfully so.

I personally was against Bush going to war with Iraq and am against Obama going to war with Syria. There are human atrocities occurring all over the world and the US does not have of the resources to be the world's police force. Even if we did, it would be arrogance on our part to assume that we have the responsibility or the right to go around the world punishing any country that does not do things they way we want them to.

That being said, if Obama goes through the same channels as Bush did with Iraq and gets congressional and UN approval, then he can legally make war on Syria whether I agree with it or not. What concerns me is not whether we go to war with Syria or not, but that the rule of law is respected and obeyed. Because if Obama goes to war without congressional approval, then he will be bypassing the Constitution, which is the only protection that we the people have from becoming slaves of tyranny. This is what should concern every US citizen.

Obama has already done this with Libya. The U.S. citizens did nothing and neither did congress. Congress is a joke..... a dog and pony show at best.

The ones who still believe they can make a difference or the ones that know the truth and refuse to speak up least they fall victim of the "what other people may think" trap that way too many people care about!

Alright now some chicken talk. My dog ate my sultan rooster last night. My dog disappeared last night for two hours and he never ever is more than a few feet away from me. He showed back up and this morning the roo was gone. Is it to late to punish him and how would I do it to be effective?

Banish him from your pack for the day! Put him in a pen that he can see you but not get close some place he's not used to being in that way away from his territory! And ignore him if he starts yelping and going nuts go spit in his mouth!
