Good to see you again!  Any new pics of your painted eggs?

I didn't photograph most of the eggs I did for Christmas. I sold my sheep egg and I'm currently working on a couple for Easter. I'm making some kid-friendly ones. Once I finished them up, I was actually going to shoot you an email!

This one isn't as great for kids, but it's got loads of detail that you can't see (this was taken awhile back). I am making a beautiful castle on an island with a storm brewing. Not sure what exactly inspired it though, haha!

The new designs include one "Under the Sea" themed egg and one ballerina-themed egg. I got a hundred little rhinestones and some fancy flower add-ons that I'm dying to use, but I'm trying to figure out how I'm going to implement them.

I'd love some ideas, though! I had to rush through painting eggs for the Christmas tree and it wore me out creatively, hence the early start on happy eggs for Spring. I don't want to ruin the good springtime vibes by forcing my way through dozens of eggs.

Are you kidding??? I think that egg has my son's name written all over it, he LOVES the beach. Send me a PM with price. My daughter loves horses, any ideas there? She also likes anything that glitters.

I painted wooden eggs to look like bunnies. I'll dig them out and photograph them. I used to do folk art style painting but I haven't done anything in a very long time - single parent for most of my kids lives, no time for painting. I'm glad the boys are grown up now, but I do miss those days when they were little.

The rhinestones could be used on the ballerina's tutu and tiara and as shells on the under the sea egg, or as sparkles in the water.

Lol...so when do you take your citizenship exam? Hillarious...sounds like a New York City cab driver talking. No offense. Post of the year I say.

In my defense, sometimes my phone changes what I type. It is worse on FB. I have to wonder if there is someone who really needs a life trying to be funny.

Good evening all! I had a great day today with my chickens with their first time free ranging without me right next to them! I noticed that my chickens were spending almost all day in their coop and not coming out to their run. It was a gorgeous day and I didn't want them "cooped" up . So I decided I would rather take a chance with free ranging to have happier birds. They LOVED it! Here is a pic of our roo "Einstein" outside the run looking in.

Mine does it to me all the time. What's worse is my last name is two letters shy of a fairly common unflattering word...if I'm not paying attention it changes it every time. It's done it with customers and once with my son's math teacher...it took some explaining.
