Texas

I cut my hair today to donate it to Locks of Love. before (and right after my hour of cycling (27.5mph avg speed) in the trainer. after I hope that it will be long enough for a ponytail by the time it gets hot. I hate my hair on my neck when it is hot out.
Oh my gosh you are brave. I have long hair and fortunately it's not gray yet-good genes cause I'm 51. But I can't cut it that short. I just don't know what to do with super short hair. Yours looks great!

hello from Claudio and I, he likes the camera lol

Welcome from Katy! :frow

I am so glad it is warming up. I have a scratchy throat and sinus congestion and generally feel like crap. I hope it is just alergies. Going out in the freezing temps was not inviting.
I can't get sick. It is not allowed.

Lovin those prices!!! And they are so pretty

They seem old enough, so I hope they are ready to raise themselves! I was so excited by the price and the fact that they were pullets that I just headed over to the ranch ASAP. I didn't even think about where I would put them. Now, though, I have a new place to seek out certain breeds of chickens. I don't mind my local feed store, but talking to the person who hatched the chicks just feels better.

Just bought two 2-month-old pullets! I believe they are buff orpingtons

chicken math. Great price.

Haha, yeah! I'm gonna try and sell all but 2 of my roosters this weekend. I've realized that if I want my flock to be productive, I have to put forth more effort. That means getting rid of roosters and leaving mostly hens. It kinda sucks, but if I want to enjoy chicken math, I have to stick with hens, haha!

Thank you for all the compliments. :)

My hair grows pretty fast so it won't stay short for long. I don't really like short hair either. It will be a change for a bit. I told my stylist I probably wouldn't be back for awhile. :)

Sending off my ponytail on Friday.

Just bought two 2-month-old pullets! I believe they are buff orpingtons, but they might be mixes. Either way, they are really cute!

For some reason it is making me post in your post, not outside, sorry! They are not BOs, I can't even see the mix, sorry! They are super cute!!! But something is "off" about them, my gut says they (all) are roosters, the other part says they may be sick. Could just be the lighting or pic. Hoping it is the pic

It actually is probably the photos. The lighting was off and trying to edit it didn't help. They are all really healthy looking and the lady who hatched them already told me they are likely to be heavy. I could feel the weight in them, too, which is great. The 2 pullets definitely seem to have more feminine features, though, compared to the RIR cockerel.

We'll see what happens. I don't mind if they are not BOs. They fit in with my spunky girls and it works for me, haha!
