$85!!!  Wow, it was either a long night or he was a brat!  What is the going rate for babysitting?

Lisa, I work for a babysitting company. Just do it a couple of nights a week. The sitters have to apply and go through a criminal background check as do the families. The families pay a yearly fee and then the rate is 10 for 1 kid, 10.50 for 2, 11 for 3. Last night was holiday pay so sitters got a dollar more per hr. Then the lady tipped me 40$. There is a 4 hr minimum but they were only gone 3 1/2 hrs because they said the place they were at was too loud and they figured anywhere they went would be the same so they just came home. So 85$ for 3 1/2 hrs. Happy valentines day!!
I bring in about 200-300 extra a month babysitting.

The going rate for just a regular sitting job not with this company is around 10$ an hr.

Hi from Kosciusko, south of seguin. I have chickens,guineas and now a&m Quail.

I know Kosciusko. I was born and raised in Kenedy. Mom lived there until 2011. As a teen A group of us would go to the dances there.
