I tried to find the link but couldn't...if I do I will post it!
I LOVE this!
I tried to go with purple...hubby wouldn't go for it. We settled on a dusty blue instead.
One day...

Thats talent right there. I do not have that kind of patience. I think would go with different colors though.
Sure you don't want bright purple? ;) I bet your kids would like it!

Turns out Matilda is a Roo...

Anyone else have a Rooster with a feminine name? LOL
We had "Posie" lol, who we renamed Pan. We knew pretty early too, like almost 4 weeks.
He's just starting to crow at 9.

No, but I have a pitbull named Kitty. Below is Kitty with a pitbull squeak/chew toy.

That soda can is a chew toy??? Lol.
All the pits I've met we're sweet babies.
My husband had one, a black and white blue nose named Harley.

I like the sign 'The Egg Plant' I think its a cute play on words to go with the color. I never would have wanted a purple coop but now I'm thinking about painting our mini coop purple, just so I can use the sign.

Yes
I had to find his card. I am terrible at names. I want a Cream legbar pullet chick when one of my hens goes broody so I will eventually have a blue egger.
Let me know when you get a broody hen. We will fix you up with some Cream Legbar hatching eggs. We are just 35 minutes from you.

By the way, did anyone go to the Granger Poultry Show two weeks ago? I am trying to figure out who it was at that show that everyone is reporting brought the Blue-Blue Cream Legbar eggs. I talked to two different people that commented how blue they were. I want to learn more. :)
