Starfire, she is an ancona pullet. I have 3 of them. Idk if the one below is a barred rock or a barred leghorn.

She is very pretty. I hope to get some Ancona/Americuana/EE pullets next year. I am not allowed any more animals this year.

But I guess since I have 8 geese, 7 ducks, and 32 chickens (soon to be 28 after I cull those Roos tomorrow) I really can't complain.

Hopefully someone near San Antonio has pullets for sale next spring.

I think ducklings might grow a tiny bit faster than geese. And that is amazing. My Cayuga ducklings are 6 days old, and they have doubled in size since I brought them home 5 days ago! Their growth is just jaw dropping. And they are just so adorable. I love their little peeps and how they run everywhere. I think they jump out of their shells running, and those buggers are fast! lol.
