I love them! I had a little cockerel and a pullet before and they had wonderful temperaments. I didn't get to keep them till laying age or breeding age so i don't know about how well they lay first hand, but I heard they are an all around good bird! I can't wait to get my hands on a frizzled turken again!

turkens are supposed to be excelent layers, so ive heard

Is anyone near DFW selling pullets old enough to put with adult birds in these breeds? I want a blue egg layer and a dark brown egg layer. Looking for any of these-

Marans (something other than regular cuckoo or black Marans)

try craigslist.. I know garydean does cream legbars, idk where you are talking about location so I cant be too helpful.. hope someone can help you
