I have my first hatch! I set some Cayuga duck eggs and have 2 beautiful babies out and 4 more eggs with pips/or clicking sounds!

Here is baby 1, who hatched last night!

Baby 2 is still wet and in the bator drying off! He/she hatched an hour or so ago!

I'm so jealous of everyone that has fruit trees. I can't wait to get some land and plant all the fruit trees I want! I also cannot wait for spring. I'm thinking this weekend my ducks are finally going out for good. They will be just under 10 weeks and it looks like it won't be dipping in the 30's again. At least not in the current forecast.
