Hi! How the heck did you find three acres in Dallas? I want a donkey but the ordinance in Carrollton prohibits it.
Maybe it could be a therapy donkey.

LOL! Have you seen the stories on the news about the neighborhood that has had egrets nesting? It is against the law to disturb a nest but they have taken over the neighborhood and are raising their young, they won't leave till October. What a mess! I have a family with severn goslings that are a mess, I can't imagine a whole flock of egrets!Shhhhhhh.....I went outside this morning to open the coop. No noise. The grackles are gone!!The songbirds are back.
Hey Rooster! I wish I lived closer, I would buy your chickens. You won't have any problems selling. You have a great flock.
Way too far for me, or I would take a couple hensI am having a downsizing sale, I am selling all my Blue Americanas including their two chicks they hatched on their own. That includes the Rooster (Elvis). I am selling half my flock of FBC Hens which includes a Rooster (Not Chauncy). I am in Livingston Texas. 25.00 for full grown hens 15.00 for the roosters. Those who are interested and can make it to Livingston, Texas and want them, send me a PM. Feed is getting expensive, now that I am retired and I have a GSD coming at the end of July and a Rat Terrier probably after the new year. It will still allow me the benefit of having some chickens; but, I suspect keeping two dogs happy and healthy would cut into what I spend on feed. Thanks for looking.
That happened at our old house, we actually made it through and then cut/trimmed the tree where mama was so she wouldn't be happy with that site the next year. Worse part was the two babies ate all our frogs (we had a small water feature) and terrorized the Koi. And waded through all and made a big mess of our back yard.LOL! I wouldn't mind one or two but a whole flock would be overwhelming. We have a 5 acre pond so I doubt they could eat ALL our frogs.
