And that's enough to test all the birds ? I have some 4 months old are they too young to be tested?
The bottle of antigen will test about 1000 birds.
All birds need to be at least 16 weeks of age to be tested and you should NOT have a current broody, broody can test a false positive.
The first year you are tested (must test each year) 100% birds are tested.
If you have less than 400 birds, all are tested again the second year.

I have not bought the antigen yet because I personally don't need it yet.

Basically this is how the testing goes:

You prick the bird to draw a little bit of blood.
You mix that drop or two of blood onto a glass plate with a drop of antigen.

It's very simple but very expensive for the tester.
I got certified to test for my own use but I don't mind testing for someone else...and I would if I had the antigen on hand. But the antigen has a short shelf life and I am not buying it until I need it. (Does that make sense?)
