I grew up in Michigan, but moved here in 2004. Feel like I might fit right in here. I am Married for the most part Happily We have 5 adult Children and 4 Grand Children.

I love coffee and beef on the grill (nope coffee on the grill is fine too long as it is hot and black.) I like sarcastic humor, my Grand children affectionately refer to me as "Crazy Lady" I don't mind it separates me from the really crazy grandmas!

I have recently filled my house and yard with rescued chickens and ducks. And have realized I do not have enough land to truley be me!

I look forward to being part of your group

Not my Crazy Lady. This one must belong to someone else. Mine has only been north of the Mason-Dixon line once in her life. Seen snow about 4 times and twice those were with me. SCAREY!

@tjo804 Salutations and Welcome to the nut house! We have all kinds from acorns to walnuts. A few are more cracked than others.

@AllenK RGV I stay in trouble. You should know that by now.

@007Sean wrapped or warped, we enjoy your contributions too!

As you can see, lots of help here and good natured ribbing. Hopefully, the rain has stopped for the week to let the marsh drain. Too much water cracks the tomatoes and the chickens are loving all the red berries they've been getting.

Finally had a good rain here yesterday, but I knew it would be much like gaining 5 lbs after Valentine's Day (not here mind you DH says that is the invention of card companies to make money) But the humidity today is heavy!
I may have to do some housework. But will most likely pull weeds and watch the ducks.

Also I am just saying, I like owning testicles. She ain't crazy lady. She is homicidal lady if I tick her off. I love her dearly but I do my best to not piss her off.
