I got a new car in June 2020. I washed it for the first time today.
It's thundering now-cars still wet.
And Bubba had to photobomb

I'm back....sorta! We have been getting thunderstorms nearly every day since June. Can't believe this is mid-way through August and we are still 'green as a gourd', usually we are brown by July and haven't had rain since April-May.
Got 1/2" today.

Too cool!!! The last time I saw #4014 I was about 6 years old. It was at Union Station in Dallas. My grandmother was on it and we were picking her up at the station.
My dad told me to go stand by the platform where the engine would stop...he didn't tell me that they would blow off the steam there!!!!
The rumbling of the engine was tremendous, the whole platform was shaking. Just way cool!!!!

Cool...if you can go, I highly recommend doing so...you'll never forget the experince of being next to a huge steam engine, nor the noise!
