Hi everyone,
Glad I joined yesterday, just got a call early yesterday that my chicks needed to be picked up at the post office. The mail carrier's must have been really nice to the chicks because they are still happy right now! I ordered 15 Rhode Island Red , all females, 1 rare. I live in Queen Creek Az, where the temperature hits 105 so I decided to have the brooder indoors.
Here is pick of them

Glad your chicks made it to you safely!

Have fun with them and if you have questions, feel free to ask.

Welcome to BYC. Glad you decided to join our flock. Your chicks are adorable. Thanks for posting the pics.) Unless you ordered two individuals of different breeds, it looks like the hatchery two non-RIR packing peanuts; both of which will likely be cockerels. If you haven't done so already, definitely check out our Learning Center at https://www.backyardchickens.com/atype/1/Learning_Center. There is loads of useful information there. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have. We are here to help in any way we can. Good luck with your flock.

Thank you everyone! I ordered the at Mcmurry hatchery, the ticket did say 15 Rhode Island females, 1 rare non sexed .. The albino red is already turning red today. I haven't lost anyone of them yet, and all are heathy! Happy chicken days!
