Thai / Leghorn cross rooster

thai chickens are really friendly and very large (tall)... ours follow hubby around like pet dogs. howver beware of introducing a new rooster in to the group// we lost two different young cockerels that way.

ours came to isreal as eggs, and we are now trying to incubate some of the eggs (not succesful as of yet , 'nuther story); now two hens are brooding so thats better.
we also have one blind hen in the group and she does very well, lays randomly, but stays close to the main roo, a big blond tall one, the boss roo. the thais here recognize varoius sub breeds among the thai chickens: vietnam, burma, thai-- each withits own leg size and lenght and strenghth. the chickens do not like being closed up in small areas, but have been bred for centuries to be handled by their owners, therefore the dog like personality. ours live with a group of ducks, both do very well.

Could you explain to someone unexperienced to distinguish between the different sub breeds?
