Bacon is pretty much a dinner thing here. I can't think of a single instance where I had it for breakfast, unless it was leftovers.

And bacon isn’t a breakfast lunch or dinner food. Bacon is eaten whenever it’s cooked. Midnight.... 3am..... during a flood..... don’t matter. It’s bacon

Never done that. I do put maple syrup over the breakfast sausages, though.
Reduced-carb maple-flavored syrup, if possible.
