You don't have to cook them both on Thanksgiving. I normally buy 2 or 3 birds when they're cheap and cook them during the year. I didn't buy any this year.

I haven't even decided which day I will cook.
I wonder if I can defrost both then cut them up and refreeze parts.
I don't see why I can't.
