I have been cooking all day took Bothcered turkey out of frig and there are tons of pin feathers so hubbie called sister she said I could cook it without skin as long as I checked it and basted basted basted so I get it 1/2 skinned then she calles back and says cook with skin on then remove all skin and serve already carved, problem is I already skinned half of it. So I came here to get real answers 1. Is it savable? 2. How to save it? 3. Should I go to walmart and pray that there is a turkey that is already thawed?
