Ideal hatchery lists Golden Neck Old English game bantams, so that must be it. They have no pictures of adults, however, and Golden Neck is probably not a variety accepted by the American Standard of Perfection.

I think she’s a golden neck OEGB as well. ideal has them and even though the pics are wonky the pattern/color is right... and since we can’t see if there’s leg feathering...

Gold neck is a variety in booted Bantam but not old English, I am going with booted bantam

It does look like a gold neck booted bantam, but that variety is only accepted in the bearded form, not the non-bearded. But it's still the closest thing.

Good detective work! Feathersite is calling this variety 'yellow white mottled' Sablepoot bantam. They have a photo, too.

In America we call these booted bantams, not sablepoots. This variety is not accepted by the Standard of Perfection.

In the UK they are called booted bantams as well, but the colour I think is called buff white millefleur and is in our standards.

I'm no expert but I believe this bird is just mottled. Doesn't millefleur require a Columbian base in order to add black edges to the white mottling?

It is like a assignment and there are like 30 breeds in here. It is a recognized breed and verify. It lays white eggs, cold hardy, can be in confinement or free range, they are easy handled. And great egg layers. Looks like it has a straight comb and red earlobes. It’s back is kinda long kinda short. So no sebrights, Japanese, or serama. This is really driving me insane!
