Never mind I just looked at som booted bantam pictures and there feathers aren’t that long... maybe it is a booted bantam..

Let me check, I have the APA bookIdeal hatchery lists Golden Neck Old English game bantams, so that must be it. They have no pictures of adults, however, and Golden Neck is probably not a variety accepted by the American Standard of Perfection.
Body looks wrong to me, but I am new to chicken breeds.I think she’s a golden neck OEGB as well. ideal has them and even though the pics are wonky the pattern/color is right... and since we can’t see if there’s leg feathering...
It does look like a gold neck booted bantam, but that variety is only accepted in the bearded form, not the non-bearded. But it's still the closest thing.Gold neck is a variety in booted Bantam but not old English, I am going with booted bantam
