That head dot

Does a dot on their head always mean barred?
If so, does that mean that my bantam Cochin chick will be barred? He/she is at the bottom right. Thanks!

I’ve never had a chick with a dot on their head turn out not to be barred.

I would assume that chick is barred.

Most commonly yes. Cuckoo and crele patterns also show the head dot.
