Oh, oh, got a GREAT request for you to ask for: lutefisk & lefse! Being from East Texas, chances are pretty huge that she will never have heard of either one, much less know how to make them or where to find them!

Oh believe me, she'd find some prawns or caviar or escargot. Money is no object with her.
Although, it would be fun to watch a bunch of redneck Texans trying to choke down escargot or caviar saying, "If we're gonna eat bait, can't we at least have crawfish?"(me included, I would probably gag).
