This is an excellent point and so often overlooked. Long-term fatigue, inability to work, potential organ damage. All these consequences are going to be dealt with in the future, and *all* of our health insurance costs are going to increase because of it.

Those who do not get vaccinated will eventually be getting healthcare paid for by the health insurance premiums paid by all of us, including those who did the right thing and got vaccinated. In that respect, anti-vaxxers may be the true socialists.
.... lack of energy, mental fog ... oh. You did say long-term fatigue. Sigh. That's exactly what I mean.

Virtue signaling at its finest!
It's only virtue signaling if there's no reason to wear a mask. Given that vaccinated people can still catch covid from unvaccinated people I don't think you can make a case that anyone choosing to wear a mask is doing something pointless. It's also not possible to tell by looking that someone was vaccinated. So the idea that anything is being signaled doesn't really hold up to even mild scrutiny.

Only you know the true reason your still wearing it. I believe the majority of people are still wearing them are doing it for the feel goods they are getting from being such a good citizen.
Or like someone else said to keep other folks from being inconvieniantly uncomfortable.
Some are attached to them like security blankets.
Some view it as a political statement.
Only the mask wearer knows their true motivations deep down.
