This is a colored one I finished last night. Took me a few hours. My dad and brother want me to try NFTs. I have no idea what those are about yet. I like traditional art, but they say "digital art (NFTs) are the future"

That looks so realistic! That’s a really good drawing! Keep up the good work! NFT’s (can’t remember what they stand for) for art, is basically digital art. So you basically draw on your computer, or make a uniques drawing, and you put on some. Special websites, and depending how good your art is, you could even make thousands. You can search it up for more details, I can’t remember all of the details, so sorry. And so so so sorry, I didn’t do a sketch yesterday, because I was practicing on. my feathers, and today I couldn’t, because it was my sister’s birthday. But I will tomorrow!

Yes, I know what they are. And I do know that people sell them. The thing that I do not understand is that it is built on the fact that people want them. The only reason one might buy an NFT is because it is "rare" The top-selling NFT right now is rare. There are only a few thousand in the world, so that would be why people want to own them. Supply and demand at the fullest.

It is digital, so people can use it for free, but some "collectors" just like to "own" it. That is not something I like. The industry for NFTs are built on the fact that they are "cool". I know that it is quite normal, but I just do not understand how that could be profitable. The more NFTs the artist makes in the "collection", the less rare the NFT becomes.

One can use them for free, but people just want to "own" them to be one of very few people who actually "own" it. Not sure I want to be involved in that kind of market. I, personally, want to be the owner of my art.
