I just spoke to them. I don't think they believed me at first, and asked if I knew how to use the menu. (I certainly hope I do...)

Anyway, after testing the motor (it works.... and you can press the OK and (-) sign at the same time to activate it), and doing a factory reset, mine still doesn't work on the timer.

Once they knew we had done the resets they were super kind, and are sending me a new incubator. I told them its not the end of the world to go in and hand turn, it just sucks at night, and, i have no options for next weekend, so I really need that new incubator by then. Fingers CROSSED!!!

Should be fine! plus, temp usually goes down a bit after eggs are put in. You probably knew that.

Its fine now, we turned the heat on in the house and temp in incubator went back up.

That is really good to know! I never noticed that before! The motor is working on mine, too, but still not activating on the timer. Makes hand turning a lot easier, though! I guess I will have to give them a call as well. No response to my email yet.

I turn on the same schedule as @Cynthia12 without issue, about every 8 hours or so. I'm sure it'll be fine that they're not turned overnight. I hope your new incubator arrives in time!

And.... It’s working!

They had me do a hard reset, and I did another after I got off the phone. hold down OK on your top and unplug it. Continue holding ok while you plug it in and it should beep keep holding it and the temperature display should be in Celsius.

Then I did the “manual” turn by holding okay and the minus sign back and forth each way and set the timer for five minutes and it worked. I just checked it and it ran at the hour and a half interval I put on.

My settings were all correct and the icon was turning saying it should be working anyway but the hard reset must have made it work.

Well, I reset it twice, manually turned a few times after both resets, and then waited the minimum turn interval time. No luck. I left the automatic turner on (and raised the interval, just in case) to see if it would do anything after a while, so here's hoping.
