I soo wanna join in this!! I was going to set my eggs for March 10th to hatch out on my birthday. They would hatch the 31rst. I could set my eggs sooner as long as they arrive in next few days. Or I could just join in after and hatch later...either way I’ll definitely be following!!
Or..... you could get another incubator. :lau:oops:

;) That’s actually a plan eventually!! Bf scored a Pepsi cooler that will eventually be made into one. But not yet lol but soon I want to have that and then lockdown ones so I can stagger hatch...good news though my eggs shipped today so I may just set earlier so I can still join!

This is my first hatch on my own. I work from home and will be available to monitor, but I don’t really want to spend (too many;)) nights awake checking on things... will this be an okay incubator if I get an additional thermometer and humidity gauge?

My feed store has this and I’d love to be able to support them but if I need something else, I’d like to order it online soon.

It’s called a Little Giant and it has a fan and automatic turner.

Personally, I'd stay away from Little Giant. I haven't heard many good things about them :/ You can't go wrong with a forced air hova bator though!

I like my Hovabator 1583 because I can set the temp to what I want it, the 1588 however, is more difficult to calibrate.
the old version had dip switches for setting the temperature. The new style has up and down buttons on the display screen. It is easy to change temps on it.

That one has been out for quite some time now.
If the temperature is off on the Genesis 1588, you can reset it too:
