Well my husband is looking at incubator plans so we can have more than one and is talking about building multiple coops for breeding our own birds. I think he has been bitten by the hatching bug.

Hahaha, surely a keeper!! makes me think of my husband, he has never bred anything in his life, and is going about analysing our quail everyday and selecting which ones of best temperament should be bred :D (we only have 3roosters and 7hens...)
 
Great pictures Sally..who's the dolly of a girl there? Pretty girl...

And, how is that little one doing, sitting up more? Maybe I'm asking too soon. Not sure how long ago you took the pictures. Let us know. :)

The chick is Very energetic just keeps rolling to back at times because of belly... belly looks a tad smaller, after checking him I put him back in the cup will check in two hours and put him in the brooder to see how he walks again and keep trying!

My daughter and I are in for the Easter Hatch-a-long! We'll be hatching are second batch of Welsummers......first batch due March 2 I got an incubator for my birthday so this is my first hatch ever. Having a great time so far.
