Its clearly visible you have a major problem with your set up there . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . You need some more incubators.

did you put a battery in it?

I checked the one that came with it and hadn't realized that there was a plastic film over it to protect it. It was also in backwards, I guess to keep it from running dead in the warehouse. Peeled off the plastic and stuck it in the proper way, and it works like a charm! I'm so glad I have a digital one now. The therms that came with the bator fluctuate wildly and are almost always inaccurate.

Ok red, which ones are you setting? You are setting eggs, and, have a broody. Go Red! You should see your little ones I hatched from you. I have fallen in love with the second one that hatched. It doesn't have as much a fluffy face as the first, but there is a lot of blue coming out on it, and the back is dark brown. This is going to be a pretty bird, and it's looking girly.

I set the Icelandic eggs tonight. Seven of them! My broody is still on her eggs............this is day 5, I believe. I need to get out there and see if I can count how many eggs Ms. Hoarder has under her, but I'm pretty sure it's seven or eight. I'm not counting the four bad ones I took from her, because they were obviously cracked from the cold and leaking when she started brooding.

I'm glad your babies are doing so well, Cynthia! <3 I couldn't believe how cute they were in the pictures you took. Those Icelandics sure make some pretty babies.

Look at this little sizzle chick go! Something tells me it's going to be a bit of a handful....LOL

Hok - was that the dryer I heard in the background? I have my bators in the laundry room, I'm used to that sound! I wish (there I go again) I could see that well when I candle. What kind of candler is that?
