PLEASE HELP!

Have a rir chick with his head bent back and laying on the brooder floor :( He was the one that I had been watching because he was so unresponsive like the other chicks, I made sure to give him some water and show him food/water etc,.. but all he wanted to do was lay against the container and not really even peep.
What should I do? I picked him up and tried to get him to respond but he is just breathing and I believe barely alive. :(
I fear there is probably nothing to do for him. Some chicks just don't thrive. Sorry.

I've stimulated him by walking him around the house and rubbing and talking to him, I got a little electrolyte mix that I made up with some water and given it to him. He is no longer flipped back with his head tilted back, He is sitting on the couch with me right now resting. I will wake him up in a second for a little more electrolyte mix. He is chirpping loudly back to the other chicks and now walking somebut still is tilting just a bit to his right side.
I hope he makes it!!!! :(

He doesn't look so distressed at this point, before his breathing looked horrible now things are going a little better. Please pray!

I have a few questions pertaining to my new chicks...

When can I take them outside? At what temp is it OK to take them outside for a short outting? I'm not talking hours maybe even just 20-30minutes? I don't want to take them out to soon or in to cold of weather. It may reach 70 with in the week and wondering at around a week old if I could take them out.

Also, for those that have some feathers glued a little bit together (you can see how they look in the pics i posted a few minutes ago in the thread) can I just dampen a paper towel with warm water and help that, or is this something that will go away on its own with a day or two? Most of them are doing great and noticing those spots are fluffing up nicely, some look like I went in there with some elmers glue and slicked their head feathers back lol so leave it or help it?

One more question, One of my chicks can't open his/her eye, It doesn't appear to be anything wrong other than just looks a little glued together. Should I dampen a paper towel with warm water and wipe gently? or?

I have used a damp wash cloth to clean excess goo from my chicks before with no problem, just do not keep them out of the heat for very long. as far as for letting them out I wait a week or two then they go to the outside brooder box with a heat lamp. I have not lost a single chick that way and I have been doing it for years. You should be perfectly fine there. My friend uses those kiddie round-up fences for small children to keep them contained (They can run fast)

Look up wryneck or stargazing. Usually a few drops PolyViSol WITHOUT iron is treatment. Here is a good writeup on it. WRYNECK

I don't have any vitamins, but do have probotic and electrolytes for chicks...I should have gotten those :(
He is now not star gazing or leaning, I believe what has happened was he was already getting weak and stayed under the heat to long...or at least my theory.
He is back in the brooder with the others now and walking around OK, he is still weak but I hope he can pull through. I put him by the water and he did drink some himself, which is a good sign. He is actually chirping some now and I'll go in every few mins to check.

Could I take a bit of there food and get it just a little mushy with water and feed that to him if he wont eat right now? Just put it on the side of his beak?

I now have 7 pips. An 8th egg has a inch or so long crack in it instead of a pip. I've never had that happen before, so I will be keeping a close eye on it. One of the pips is starting to zip.
