What a pretty breed! I never knew about them until now. Thanks for posting about your hatch Ron!

I only hatched them so I do not have them. My payment will be getting some of my own to hatch and Then I will probably work with them. I am very limited on what I can breed--can't keep roos at my house so I am working on tow places to keep them. I will have to drive them in for "visits" on weekends, like conjugal visits at prison.

Since it is very hot here in the summer and mild in the winter, I want to work with breeds that do well here. Pinta Pita for white layers, Penedesenca for Dark egg layers and either Australorps or Marrraduna Basque for light brown layers.

My Marraduna beat up my Partridge Pene a couple of days ago so I am worried at how well the roos will mix....
