you know I am happy too! and I have several more in the bator waiting and growing!! 100% fertile too! MUST STOP ADDING TO THE BATOR!! STOP STOP!!

YES finally someone else is picking up on her!! Look at her comb!!! I am stumped!

and look how tiny.....

She's an itty bitty thing isn't she? I can't get over how cute she looks with that no tailed butt. Really not a rumpless chicken fan, but if they all looked like her that would change, lol.

These aren't the droids you're looking for.

PERDICAMENT!!!! HELP!!! Ok so I was supposed to get an incubator with taxes and now some one finally replied back to an ad I had on CL and they have 2 of the breeds I've been looking for, and the hubby says incubator or a pair of Cream Legbars and a pair of Oladsk Dwarfs. D: can't decide! If I choose the birds I'd have to opt out on this hatch-a-long!!

If it were me Id choose the incubator! Then later buy the Cream legbar eggs and Oladsk Dwarf eggs and hatch them along with whatever else you want when ever you want.

Haha that is a good question.

Would ya'll pay 125 for 5 birds or 160 for a hova-bator incubator with a fan,turner, and a free candler?

22 year old drake? Really? wow!

It was a hen. I was talking about it with my mom a bit ago and she says Brownie was 23 when she passed. I don't recomend letting them live that long though. She was blind and def, but she still always found the food.

I'm thinking about adding whatever Ducky lays from now till the set date for mallard derived ducks to my hatch. I'm pretty sure the feed store would love to have them. This would also be a fertility check on her eggs. With that in mind, I have a few questions. Are you supposed to do anything different with duck eggs verses chicken? Also, I read somewhere here on BYC that this cross comes out sexlinked, is that true? Is it true that duck eggs are more forgiving humidity wise?
